Current Situation of Early Food Introduction and Early Weaning in Childhood: Literature Review

Abstract
This work is an integrative review of the literature that seeks to investigate the current situation of early food introduction in adolescents. The research was based on the results found, carried out in February 2024. Properly introduced food influences nutritional status and leads to a better quality of life.
