Prof. Dr. Nahlah Elkudssiah Ismail graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in the year 2000 with Pharmacy Board of Malaysia registration in 2001. Prof. Dr. Nahlah successfully awarded a PhD degree (Distinction Report) in the field of clinical pharmaceutics at Institute of Pharmaceutical Innovation (IPI) and School of Pharmacy, University of Bradford, Bradford, United Kingdom (UK) in July 2005. To date, she has taught more than 60 courses to diploma, degree and postgraduate students in United Kingdom and Malaysia using innovative teacher- and student- centered learning. As the pioneer of clinical pharmaceutics in Malaysia, she is the founder of the first Clinical Pharmaceutics Research Group (CPRG) (2008) in Malaysia and that was later acknowledged as Clinical BioPharmaceutics Research Group (CBRG) under Research Initiative Group (RIG) by Research Management Institute (RMI), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. The CBRG comprised of Inhalational Delivery Lab (IDL), Biomedical Analysis Lab (BAL) and Honey Research Lab. IDL was the first in Asia comprising all pivotal facilities in analyzing particles deliveries emitted from various medical devices including nasal spray, metered dose inhalers, spacers, dry powder inhalers, and various types of nebulisers, industrial and domestics sprays, as well as environmental air quality assessment ranging from nano to micro sizes of particles. Prof. Dr. Nahlah holds membership in various local and international pharmacy and health based organizations. She has been publishing more than 200 publications including research journal articles, proceedings, chapters in books, books and magazine. She has been invited to deliver lectures, talks (keynote/plenary/distinguished speaker) and conduct workshops at local and international events as well as a reviewer and editorial member for local and international journals, and serve organizing committee members in various conferences. Research area of interest mainly in the field of pharmaceutics (drug delivery; nanotechnology; inhalational deliveries), pharmaceutical analysis (method development and validation), clinical pharmacy, pharmacy education and leadership, pharmacy practice, public health, neurobehavioural-psychosocial, pharmaceutical policy, complementary and alternative medicines. She is also actively participating in honey, plant and animal modelling studies in exploring and defining new therapeutic entity. Prof. Dr. Nahlah had been awarded research and travel grants as well as awards and medals in national and international scientific invention, innovation and design exhibitions, competitions, conferences, and community services. As a senior clinical pharmacist and a teacher-practitioner, she was one of the regular invited guests for radio UFM Malaysia under segment “U & Health” covering numerous health topics as well as one of the invited speakers for leadership and soft skills development. She has been as the Chairman and member of Boards of Studies for Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons), Master in Clinical Pharmacy, Master and PhD studies, involving heavily in curriculum review, audits, recognition and accreditation affairs. Holding various posts at different senior management levels at different institutions, currently, Prof. Dr. Nahlah is the Council Member of Malaysian Academy of Pharmacy.

Dr. Mihail Lucian Birsa is currently a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the same university in 1995. He joined the master program at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi in 1995, and in 2000 was awarded a Ph. D. degree in Organic Chemistry. From 2000 to 2002, he was a postdoctoral fellow under the mentorship of Professor Samuel Braverman at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. In 2003 he was selected as a member of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, working with Professor Henning Hopf in TU Braunschweig - Germany. She is Head Manager of Petroleum Biotechnology Lab., Former Acting and Vice Head of Process Design & Development Department, Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute (EPRI). El-Gendy is the Coordinator of Nanobiotechnology Program, Faculty of Nanotechnology for Postgraduate Studies, Cairo University, Sheikh Zayed Branch Campus. El-Gendy is the Head of Technology Innovation Support Center (TISC) office, Vice Head of Center of Excellence and member in Entrepreneurship Hub in October University for Modern Sciences and Arts, MSA University. She is a Member in Technical, Monitoring and Performance Evaluation Office and the coordinator of Water, Energy and Environment Committee in the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT). She is the Former Advisor for the Egyptian Minster of Environment. She is the Vice Coordinator of the Scientific Research Committee and member in Rural Woman Committee, National Council for Women (NCW) of Egypt. El-Gendy was an Executive committee member in the Egyptian Young Academy of Sciences (EYAS). El-Gendy awarded Diploma in “Environmental Management”. She has published 10 chapters, 5 books and 116 research papers, and supervised 27 MSc and PhD theses. Dr. El-Gendy is also an editor and reviewer in 73 and 125 international journals, respectively. She participated also as PI, Co-PI or research member in research projects concerning with; bioethanol from lignocellulosic wastes; biofuels from algae, application of nanobiotechnology in upgrading of petroleum and bioremediation of polluted environment. Dr. CanZhong Lu was born in Fujian Province, China. He graduated in Chemistry from Xiamen University (1986). Then, he worked in Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter (1986-1992). He received his Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. J. R. Dilworth at the University of Essex, UK. (1996). After postdoctoral studies in Department of Chemistry at Bielefeld University, Germany (1996-1998), he started his independent academic career at Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences, then became a Full Professor in 2002. He won the National Distinguished Youth Fund in 2004. His main research interests include synthesis, structural characterization and catalysis of polyoxometalates-based coordination polymer; luminescent materials and devices based on Cu(I); drug design and synthesis. Dr. Mukesh Mudgal, has got his PhD in Organic Chemistry from Florida International University, Miami, FL, USA (August 2011-August 2016). Later he continued as a postdoctoral associate at Florida International University, Miami, FL, USA (September 2016-April 2018). During his PhD and postdoc, Dr. Mukesh Mudgal, published his research work in scientific journals and presented his work in national and international conferences. Before joining the Florida International University for his PhD, he worked as a Research Scientist with Dabur Research Foundation (October 2005-June 2008) and later as a Senior Research Scientist with Fresenius Kabi Oncology Ltd. (June 2009-June 2011). I completed my M.Pharm. and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from BBAU (A Central University) Lucknow. To tackle one of the world's most devastating disease cancer, my goal is to discover novel small molecules as cancer therapeutics utilizing synthetic and medicinal chemistry approach. My research key skills include Synthetic Organic Chemistry, design of novel drug like molecules, their in vitro as well as in vivo testing, to explore the molecular mechanism of novel drugs using qRT-PCR analysis for gene expression and Western blot analysis for protein expression, immunocytochemistry and cell cycle analysis using flow cytometry. Dr. Cyprian O. Onyeji became a professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in 1999. He has occupied various posts including Deanship of his Faculty. He was appointed Vice-Chancellor of Enugu State University of Science and Technology in 2010, and completed the tenure in 2015. Outside the University, he served as Governing Board member of different establishments. He has made excellent contributions to the advancement of Science through his studies with focus on pharmacokinetic, metabolism and pharmacodynamic evaluations of anti-infective drugs, with the overall objective of generating information relevant for optimization of therapeutic utility of the drugs. These studies, published in various high-impact journals, have provided the vital information on the need or otherwise for downward or upward dosage adjustment of the drugs when concurrently administered with other drugs. Some of his research findings are cited in National Drug Formularies including United States and British Pharmacopoeia, indication of relevance. Moreover, his doctoral research concerned with immunostimulatory activity of certain medicinal mushroom in inducing immune response to lab reared economic important marine molluscan to combat aquatic pathogens like Aeromonas hydrophila. He worked in an Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Science (INCOIS) project, Govt of India, related to monitoring and locating fisheries rich area and satellite mediated tsunami warning system by wave rider buoy system. He has coordinated many awareness programs related to marine ecosystem conservation and management to student, researchers and fisher folk. He has reported the occurrence of two new ectoparasite neamed, Argathona chelladurai and Gnathia sp in fish species. Dr. Richie R. Bhandare has got his PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from School of Pharmacy, Temple University, USA in 2013. Prior to joining Ajman University as an Assistant Professor in Medicinal Chemistry in 2017, he was working as an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at NMIMS University, Mumbai, India for 3 years from 2013-2016. He has 6 years of teaching and research experience having a blend of national and international exposure. He has guided 7 Master's student and 20 undergraduate students in their project. He has been awarded one US patent, published 3-book chapters published in Springer, 11 publications and 15 presentations in various conferences. "Dr. Mohammad Salman Akhtar, have been awarded Ph. D degree in Medical Oncology from Department of Biotechnology Jamia Millia Islamia (A central University), in collaboration with Department of Surgical Oncology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi India. His doctoral research is entitled “Molecular Analysis of BORIS and CTCF Gene in Indian Female Breast Cancer Patients”. The study was designed to find out mutation(s) of BORIS and CTCF gene and their protein expression through immunohistochemistry in breast carcinoma and its further correlation with various clinico-pathological variables. A significant association of BORIS gene mutations were found with various clinicopathological variables like menopausal status, clinical stage, nodal status, ER and PR expression. Similarly, a significant association of CTCF gene mutations were found with clinico-pathological variables like menopausal status, clinical stage, nodal status and ER status. In conclusion, BORIS and CTCF mutations may be used as a prognostic factor for breast cancer risk in our population and these gene mutations in combination may help in assessing breast cancer risks in Indian women. Prof. Victus Bobonkey Samlafo joined the University of Education, Winneba in 2004 with a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry as a Lecturer in the then Science Education Department. After two-year probation, Victus was confirmed as a Lecturer in the Science Education Department in 2006. Within a period of five years after probation, Victus had both a PhD in Nuclear and Radiochemistry and was also promoted to the rank of Senior Lecturer. He was later promoted to the rank of Associate Professor in 2018. He taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Victus supervised several MPhil and MEd theses and reviewed several theses both internally and externally. Francesco Trott took the degree in Chemistry in 1982 and in 1987 the title of Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences. After short teaching in High School he became researcher at the Department of Chemistry IFM of the University of Torino in 1990. He currently is full professor of Industrial Chemistry at the Department of Chemistry at the University of Torino. He also is an associate researcher to the Institute of Membrane Technology – National Research Council.(ITM-CNR). He has been scientific adviser for many international enterprises. He is also part of the American Chemical Society (ACS), Italian Chemistry Society (SCI), president of the Italian Association of Chemistry and Technology of Cyclodextrins and vice-president of the European Cyclodextrin Society. Since 2004 he is a member of the International Scientific Board of the International Cyclodextrin Symposium. "Guest Editor” of the Journal of Inclusion Phenomena and Macrocyclic Chemistry and Polymers. Member of the Editorkal Board of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Member of Advisory Scientific Board to Editor of Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences and International Journal of Material Science and Polymers. He has been "invited speaker” to many international conferences. Over the years he acted as examiner of numerous scientific articles for outstanding international ISI journals and foreign research projects. He was also member of several Ph.D defense committees in Italy and abroad and “Visiting Professor” at Ian Duglosz University of Czestochowa (Poland). He is author or co-author of 241 scientific papers, 20 industrial patents, 7 book chapters and more than 200 communications to national and international conferences. Prof (Dr.) Dharmesh Trivedi: A Leading fingure in Pharmaceutical Sciences for around 22 years. He is a young and enthusiastic teacher and research worker. He has received his M.Pharm in 2007 and PhD in 2021 from Bhupal Nobles University Udaipur Rajasthan. Currently , he is working as a Professor and head of department of Pharmaceutics in Madhav University, Pindwara Rajasthan. His research has included transdermal drug delivery system and anti inflammatory drugs.He has authored more than 10 research papers, 10 book chapters and 5 books. Many of his published research articles are in UGC and Scopus indexed journals having good impact factors. He has coordinated several webinars, conferences and workshops at the department. Currently, 08 scholars of pharmaceutical sciences are doing PhD under his guidance. He has been awarded design patent from Indian Patent office Government of India and has published more than 13 Indian Patents till date. He is an authorized yoga and meditation trainer and has been teaching meditation and yoga across the country for past 7 years. However, he received B. Law in 2005 from College of Laws, Zagazig University, Egypt. He was awarded a Post- doctoral fellowship to Institute of Materials Science, Structure Research, Darmstadt University of Technology, Germany. He joined Chemistry Department, King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, since 2009-2013. Professor Deraz's researches focus on Advanced Materials, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology via various aspects of electronic and magnetic materials, composite materials, surface chemistry and catalysis for biomedical, industrial and environmental applications. Deraz has published more than 150 papers in refereed journals with H- index of 25. However, he has seven patents registered in the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research.
