We present the case of a 23 years old female patient with a tight corrosive esophageal stricture featuring a pinhole opening (Figure 1) and an in-situ feeding jejunostomy for nutritional support. Initial management involved serial esophageal dilations using Savery and CRE dilators. Following this, a covered metallic stent was placed to maintain esophageal patency (Figure 2).
