Horizontal alveolar ridge deficiency caused by congenitally missing mandibular incisors can limit implant placement due to inad- equate bone volume. This case report describes successful ridge reconstruction in a 23-year-old male using a piezo-assisted autog- enous symphyseal block graft combined with particulate bovine xenograft and a platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) membrane. At six months, clinical and cone-beam computed tomography evaluations demonstrated successful graft integration with approximately 6.5 mm of horizontal bone gain, providing sufficient ridge width for implant placement. This case highlights that the combined use of piezoelec- tric bone harvesting, autogenous block grafting, particulate xenograft, and PRF represents a predictable regenerative approach for the management of localized horizontal alveolar ridge deficiencies, yielding favorable clinical and radiographic outcomes.
