Dr Sharma JH is currently indulged in tea research as scientist at Tea Board India. Ever since his particular association with the biology develop keenness to understand the molecular logic of the living state, system, surrounding, interactions, and canonical pathways etc. With these interest he had join the biotechnology as his career studies. Having some small experimental project experiences, he came to know about the each symbol and letters of the fundas of biological research. Now in broader sense as a career in research it would lead him towards understanding the genetic language of research as a PhD or post doc. He had done BSc Biotechnology from KSR CAS (Periyar University) and MSc Biotechnology from Lovely Professional University. He did research studying the biological emotions of Indian farmers in particular with Northern India: Comparative neuro molecular approach TIFR Mumbai. He work on the emotion assisted neuronal response for the understanding of the biological science of emotions of Indian farmers. In the past he had studied the neuronal network of Alzheimer’s disease and structured the novel signalling network between them. How these gene interactions and canonical pathways are responsibly led to the development of disease and why many years take to develop a disease like Alzheimer’s and perhaps dementia. Here in lies the answer that genetic predisposition, diet, lifestyle, infections, accidental trauma and stress all contribute to the development of the disease network. He had done trainings in different advance biological tools of molecular biology, plant pathology, bioinformatics, immunology, stem cell, cancer immunology, gene editing tools like CRISPR from non government, semi government and Government institute like ICAR, TERI, TMC, CMC Vellore etc. Research is one of his intellectual ambitions and would like to learn new things, establish himself in the science community and applying all the challenging techniques and skills to unlock a sequence of cell communications and its deterioration: immense excitement of new discoveries that were unfolding.
Dr. Joykishan Sharma research area of interest includes : Developing a epitope specific combinatorial (immune+ chemo) therapy for human malignancies, adoptive immunotherapy for cancer, radio immuno dendritic cell based genetic therapy for breast cancer, neural apoptosis -studying the signalling cascade and interactions in Alzheimer’s and perhaps Dementia, Plant based medicine, plant stress biology, social chemistry, Intellectual emotions.
