Dr. Ashraf A.Karkoura completed his MVSc.(Applied anatomy) from Alexandria, Egypt and Ph.D (Gross anatomy) from Alexandria, Egypt. He is presently the Professor at Anatomy Department and Vice dean for community service and environment development at faculty of veterinary medicine , Alexandria university. He published 30 research papers in reputed journals. Presented 5 Research Papers in National and International Conferences. Guided as Major and Minor advisor for 5 Post Graduate (MVSc) Students and 4 Post Graduate phD. students . He spent six months studying on Electron Microscops for ultrastructure techniques and Histological Techniques at the Ohio state university college of veterinary medicine,department of veterinary anatomy and cellular biology as a member of peace Fellowship program with USA, where he finished 4 scientific papers on the ultrastructure of the heart of the camel,dog and pony which is published at journals of acta anatomica and American journals of veterinary research. Guo, PhD, DABTAssociate Professor, for Ms. Fatma A. Eldefrawy to conduct her PhD research project titled "" Molecular techniques on the ovary of layer chicken emphasizing the ultrastructure and the hazard of Bisphenol in the ovary"". started from July 2016 and finished 2019.
