Dr. Mahmoud Ibrahim El-Sayed completed his Ph.D in Dairy Science ( Utilization of Milk Bioactive Peptides in Special Drinks)- 2014- Faculty of Agriculture (Elshatby), Alexandria University, Egypt. Currently he is a Researcher Doctor at Department of Dairy Technology Research, Food Technology Research Institute, Agricultural Research Center, Giza, Egypt. His B.Sc was in agriculture sciences (food and dairy sciences), Faculty of Agriculture (Damanhur), Alexandria University, 2002. And MSc in Dairy Science (Functional Properties of Goat and Buffalo Milk Proteins) - 2008- Faculty of Agriculture (Elshatby), Alexandria University, Egypt. He specializes in Dairy chemistry and protein chemistry, Evaluation of antioxidant activity of protein and peptides in vivo and in vitro, Measurement the biological activity of protein and peptides, Functional properties of proteins, Gel electrophoresis of protein and peptides, Functional Dairy products. He is a respectable Editorial Board Member in well-known journals and also published several articles in many international journals.
