Dr. Roselina has been a lecturer at the Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Food Science and Technology, UPM for 19 years. She has been teaching 15 different courses for the undergraduates and post graduates in the field of Food Science and Technology. She had supervised more than 112 undergraduates and 47 postgraduate students (as a Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Committee) in the field of Food Science and Technology. She has published a total of 124 articles in refereed academic journals with Scopus H index of 17 (Citation: 1128) and Google Scholar H-Index of 21 (Citation: 1707). Dr. Roselina is actively involved in consultancy works with various government or private agencies in on projects related to food science and technology such as the Ministry of Health of Malaysia (MOH), Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia (MOHE), Padiberas Nasional Berhad (BERNAS), Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA), Brahims Food, Central Sugar Refinery Sdn. Bhd., Fonterra Brands Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and Yeo Hiap Seng (M) Sdn. Bhd. In addition, Dr Roselina is also fully involved with Department of Standards Malaysia through SIRIM Berhad on developing; deliberating and improving several Malaysian Standard (MS) for the food industries. She is the Chairman of the Working Group on Groundnut Specification (WG/A/0-7) and Technical Committee on Sauces and Paste (TC/U/6). She is also the permanent committee member for the Working Group on Sensory Evaluation, Technical Committee on Food for Infants & Children (TC20/25) and the Working Group for ‘Kaya’.
