Dr. Hamza Malik Okuyan is currently a lecturer and a postdoctoral researcher in Hatay Mustafa Kemal University. Dr. OKUYAN earned his Diploma in Biology from the Mustafa Kemal University in 2009. He earned a Master of Science in Histology and Embryology from the Mustafa Kemal University in 2011. he received his Ph.D. from the department of medical biology and genetics at Gaziantep University in 2017. He serves as an Editorial board member of some international Journals.

Dr. H. Malik OKUYAN current works focus on the pathophysiology of osteoarthritis, bone-cartilage development, bone-mineral disorder as well as the molecular mechanism of novel vitamin k dependent proteins in human diseases. He conducts researches on in vitro and in vivo in the department of medical biology. His work is currently supported by a Grant from the Scientific Research Project Unit of Hatay Mustafa Kemal University.
