Mr. Naveen Jose is a M Tech Research Scholar in the Department of Dairy Engineering at ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Bengaluru. He obtained Bachelor of Technology in Dairy Science and Technology at Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Kerala. He has been awarded with Best Outgoing Student Award, CDST (2017), Deans Merit Certificate, NDRI (2017), University Gold Medalist, KVASU (2017).

Mr. Naveen Jose is interested in fields of research such as Dairy Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Engineering & Technology, Agri Process Engineering, Nutrition. His present research focuses on studying the Engineering Properties and Sorption Behavior Analysis of Dry Crystallized Palada Payasam mix.
