Dr. Arif Jamal Siddiqui has been graduated from Department of Biology at the VBS Purvanchal University, India in 2006. After his graduation, he has done his MSc in Biotechnology in 2008 in the Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, India. In 2011; he has been awarded a scholarship by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi India for Higher Education Council to pursue a PhD in Parasitology and Immunology at the CSIR-Central Drug Research Institute Lucknow (CDRI) India, and completed his PhD in 2015. He has been worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Lubbock, Texas, United State between 2015 and 2018. Then he moved to the University of Hail in 2018 and currently working there as an Assistant Professor.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Arif Jamal Siddiqui research experience and interest are to study host-parasites interaction, Immune response (specific T, B, MQ, Dendritic cells and specific memory T, B related study) during parasite interaction, drug and vaccine development against, parasites infection. Presently, I am working on parasite diversity, Immune behaviors & responses, diagnosis and vaccine development of different parasites Schistosoma mansoni, Schistosoma japonicum and Schistosoma haematobium (Trematode worm) and Plasmodium parasites (Malaria).
