Dr. Badie Batti is an Internal Medicine resident physician in Alkindi teaching hospital, Baghdad, Iraq. He graduated from University of Baghdad / College of Medicine in 2013 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and General Surgery. He completed a post graduate internship in Basic life and advanced cardiac support in the University. After graduation he joined a 1-year gereral medical residency program where he served in Pediatric emergency department and neonatal care units then in Adult emergency department and post-operative floor of the same hospital responsible for patient postoperative care and follow ups. He is engaged in primary healthcare and performed many inpatient procedures with assistance like Chest tube drainage, Nasogastric tube placement, and endotracheal intubation under anesthesia as well as outpatient. He was involved in Gastroenterology clinics recently where he performed colonoscopies under the supervision of senior Gastroenterologists. He has deep interest in scientific publication work like writing case report, series, review articles and has a number of published case reports and presentations online in ResearchGate and other Journals. He is an active member of Iraqi medical association (IMA) and American Arab medical association (AAMA).
